Women were not always so nasty to each other and themselves, and it's time we get back to this truth and begin treating each other with reverence rather than judgement. To open our hearts to ourselves and our sisters from every walk of life to heal, grow, laugh and cry with. 

Sacred Sister Ceremonies are centered around understanding and accepting our bodies and the rhythm and fluidity that it encompasses. This is about healing previous traumas to our hearts, bodies, and minds while taking our individual power back in the safe space and support that a Sister Circle creates. 

My Program Includes:

•  1-2 training circles to establish an appropriate way to conduct a circle, educate on the cycles of women and the history of Sister Circles (Red Tents, Moon Lodges, etc.) as well as bring my entire red tent set up with me. 
• Helping you and a group of your closest girlfriends realistically develop an ongoing circle.
• Create goals and a strategy for your circle. 
• Learn how to create sacred space and perform Sacred Ceremonies.
• A basic kit of tools needed to facilitate
