My philosophy on healing begins with accountability for oneself.
Dis-ease is caused by imbalance. I help facilitate "healing" by holding space and using my intuition to help you find these imbalances, but, then it is your responsibility to do something with the information and support.
No one can heal you for you - you must be willing you heal yourself.
