Part of my mission is to share my experience and knowledge in the hopes that it will inspire change and make everything that I have been through worth something. Since I was a little girl I knew that what I was going through was hard, that people were hurting me. I knew I didn't deserve it and that it didn't have to be my story. 
I told myself that if I could use all of the pain and turn it into healing, into a way to help others, I would be able to take my power back and write my own ending. And, that is exactly what I did. 

I am available to speak to your group, class, or event on a variety of topics, or to share my story.
