60 or 90 minute in-person sessions
A consultation will consist of first being completely heard and respected, having the right questions asked of you to help you gain clarity, suggestions for actions to take, encouragement and complete honesty & confidentiality.

1.5 Hour "Path Clarification & Goal Setting" sessions (3 total)
One Hour Phone Consultations | 1 per week for 3 months (12 total)
Weekly assignments which I will help you remain accountable for
